We ship all over Pakistan.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your city and location.
Remote areas may take a little more time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Delivery charges may vary based on location and order size.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Please make sure your phone number is correct and active for order confirmation.

6. Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you on call or WhatsApp to confirm your order.
If the order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled.

7. Delayed Orders

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Courier issues

  • Busy sale days

  • Public holidays

In such cases, we ask for your patience.

8. Wrong Address

Please provide the correct address and contact number.
Orlux is not responsible for delivery problems caused by wrong address or wrong phone number.

9. Failed Delivery

If the customer does not receive the parcel or gives a wrong address, the order may be cancelled.
Re-delivery charges may apply.

10. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures or video proof.
