Return & Refund Policy – Orlux

At Orlux, we want our customers to be happy with their order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not give refunds.
All sales are final.

2. Return Policy (Only for Damaged Product)

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The color is wrong

If the product is fine and you just want to change it, we do not accept returns.

3. Return Request Time

You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your order.
After 3 days, we will not accept any return.

4. Return & Delivery Charges

  • If the product is damaged or wrong → Orlux will handle the return

  • If you want to exchange (change product or color) → Customer will pay return and delivery charges

5. Product Condition for Return

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packing

  • Not washed

  • Not worn

If the product is used or damaged by the customer, return will not be accepted.

6. Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned product and check it, we will send the replacement product.
